• Will I have to pay duties, tariffs or import fees if my order is shipping within Canada?

  No, all orders are shipped from within Ontario so you will not be charged any duties, tariffs or additional fees of any kind.

• Will I have to pay duties, tariffs or import fees if my order is shipping to the United States? (US Customers)

  Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees. These are not included in the purchase price.

• Are duties and taxes included in the price? (US Customers)

  No. All duties, taxes, tariffs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Are US-made products duty-free when shipped to the US?

  Some products may qualify, but brokerage and taxes may still apply. This is determined by customs, not us.

• Can you estimate duties and taxes before shipping? (US Customers)

  We cannot guarantee duty or tax amounts. These are determined by customs authorities.

• Can you mark my order as a gift or lower the declared value?

  No. We are legally required to declare the full value and accurate contents of all shipments.

• What happens if I refuse to pay import fees? (US Customers)

  Refused shipments may be returned or abandoned. Any associated fees will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

• Why are duties different than what I expected? (US Customers)

  Customs fees are assessed by government authorities based on declared value, origin, and classification. Subie Supply Co. does not control these fees.
