My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box and labels)

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied by the carrier or manufacturer.
