  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    Address changes may only be made before shipment. Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to update your shipping address.

  • Do you price match?

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check your order status by logging into your account or by referencing the order confirmation and shipping emails sent to you. If your account does not show any order updates or tracking details, please contact us via our live chat for an update.
  • How do I place an order?

    Simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • I received a tracking number but it isn’t working — why?

    Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active after fulfillment. This usually means the order has been packed but not yet picked up by the carrier.
  • What does “fulfilled” or "unfulfilled" mean?

    Fulfilled means your order has been packed and either handed off to the carrier or scheduled for carrier pickup. Unfulfilled means your order has not yet shipped and is still being processed.
