• Are prices in CAD or USD?

  Our store's default currency is CAD, however you can select USD as well in the currency converter at the bottom of the home page.

• Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

  Payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you need to change your payment method after your order has been placed, the order will have to be cancelled and refunded so you can place a new order.

• Can I pay in USD?

  Yes, if USD is selected.

• Can I use multiple discount codes?

  Only one discount code may be used per order.

• Do prices include tax?

  Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

• Do you accept PayPal?

  Yes, we do.

• Do you offer financing?

  Yes, we offer financing via Affirm, Afterpay and RBC Payplan.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and various Financing options such as RBC Payplan, Afterpay and Affirm at checkout.

• Why was my payment declined?

  Declines are typically due to bank security checks or insufficient funds. Please check with your bank and try processing the transaction again.
