  • Are shipping costs refundable?

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

    Exchanges are handled as a return and new order. The best method is to select store credit for your refund and then apply that store credit to your new order.

  • Can I return an item if it was installed?

    No. Installed items are not eligible for return.

  • Do I need an RMA number?

    Yes. Returns without authorization may be refused.

  • How long does it take to receive my refund

    Refunds are processed after inspection. Please allow several business days plus payment-provider processing time.

  • Is there a restocking fee?

    Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded: Items that have been used, attempted to be installed, or missing original packaging.     The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
