What Items can not be cancelled or returned?

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items that have been used, attempted to be installed, or missing original packaging.
• Electronics (gauges, sensors, wiring, boost controllers, HID kits, flash tuners such as Cobb Accessport, standalone engine management, headlights, taillights, fog/4th brake lights, light bulbs, and all other lighting products).
• Fuel injectors and fuel pumps.
• Wheels that have had tires mounted
• Engine internal components (pistons, rods, bearings, etc.).
• Short blocks, long blocks, cylinder heads, and case halves.
• Aerodynamic parts (spoilers, splitters, diffusers, etc.).
• Body components (lips, skirts, hoods, trunks, etc.).
• Wheel spacers.
• ETS intercooler cores, piping, and turbo kits.
• Special-order Nameless exhaust parts.
• Custom-made items (e.g., coilovers, plate deletes, steering wheels, decals, vinyl items). These cannot be canceled or returned once ordered.
• Any product specifically marked “no cancellations/returns/refunds” on the product page.
• Gift cards.
