What is a special-order item?

A special-order item is not kept in regular inventory and is ordered from the manufacturer after your purchase is placed.

Special-order items may include made-to-order products, custom configurations, items with limited availability, or products sourced from a manufacturer on demand.

The estimated time for us to receive special-order items is listed on the product page under “Availability.” Once the item arrives at our facility, your order will be processed and shipped.

Please note that special-order lead times are estimates and can vary depending on the manufacturer.
